ELEVATE, a pioneering initiative by Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd. in collaboration with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), kicked off its inaugural session at Ramanujan Intellion Park, Chennai on June 26th, 2024.

The session marked the beginning of the Advanced Real Estate Certificate Course in ESG Basics, featuring a compelling panel discussion titled “Building Resilience: Preparing Business for Environmental and Social Shifts.” Moderated by Shruti Kaushik Agrawal, AVP Marketing at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd., the panel included esteemed experts such as Mr. Giri Prasad Ramamoorthy from AstraZeneca, Mr. Ramdoss Ganesan from Fidelity Investments, Mr. Najid Narmawala from EY India, and Dr. S.N Sugumar from RICS.
